About Us
We are a dedicated team of vets, nurses and receptionists, passionate about delivering a progressive, high standard of care to all our clients and their pets.
We provide vet and nurse consultations Monday to Saturday at all four branches, each branch has an operating theatre and dental facility for day patient surgical procedures.
Diagnostics, X-ray, ultrasound and high tech laboratory facilities are available at all branches.
Penbode Pet Vets provides its own 24 hour emergency service.
We are proud to provide a hospitalisation service at our Stratton branch, staffed 24/7, where pets are attended by our nurses and on call vet.
The vets, nurses and receptionists that make up our well established, growing, pet team consists of some very experienced individuals, as we expand, we engage new staff that bring new skills and enthusiasm, increasing the services we can offer.
We respect and value each other’s strengths and areas of expertise, recognising we achieve our best results through thoughtful team work. Our aim is to give you, our clients, support and balanced opinions, and to deliver a high standard veterinary care, to the best of our ability, ensuring your pets live happy lives.
Perhaps most importantly, we are pet owners, we understand the importance of pets in people’s lives. We value their companionship, we recognise the health benefits of pet ownership, we cuddle them, we compete with them, they make us laugh, they drive as mad. We worry about them when they’re not well and grieve when we lose them. We get it!
