If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.

Our out of hours service is supplied by Valley 24/7 Care in Gwaelod-y-garth, just a 15 minute drive away, who provide a quality service from the impressive Valley Veterinary Hospital.

If you call us outside of our usual business hours you will be diverted to the Valley 24/7 Care team, who will take care of you and your pet from that point.
