Stratton

In 1918 Richard Penhale took over from his father William and proceeded to increase the size of the company, opening ‘Horizon View’ at Stratton, Bude. The Practice expanded once again in 2003 when it split the Large and Companion animals into two separate buildings following the purchase of the next door property 'Sancrest'. In 2018 the farm team moved to temporary buildings on Bude Storage so Sancrest could be demolished to make way for the brand new surgery to be built. The Small Animal team moved in in the summer of 2019 and Horizon View was demolished to make way for the large car parking area our clients and staff enjoy.
