Bradworthy

The Bradworthy branch is based in Ashleigh House which was purchased by descendents of the original practice founders, the Penhales in 1960. Back then the vets lived in the house at the front of the building or in the flat upstairs and the consulting rooms were based at the back. In 2004 there was a fire which caused widespread smoke damage, but which enabled Penbode to completely restructure the interior to the layout you see today. Unfortunately it did mean working out of the garage at the back of the property for six months over winter! But worth it in the end!
